What is an SDA & BESS Report?
A Sustainable Design Assessment, or SDA, explains how a proposed development responds to environmentally sustainable design requirements during the planning stage.
The Built Environment Sustainability Scorecard, known as BESS, is an online assessment tool used by Victorian councils to evaluate the sustainability performance of a proposed development.
Our team assesses the project, completes the BESS scorecard and prepares coordinated documentation demonstrating how the proposed design addresses the relevant sustainability objectives.
